Do you Push or Pull people to your vision?

Conveying your vision to the team is always conducted in two levels:

1. The Objective Communication Level which involves presenting the final-end goal using metrics and visuals so that people can conceptualise and understand how to move forward. This has a Push Effect to your people.

2. The Subjective Communication Level which involves You – the leader – embodying the vision. Walking the talk by demonstrating the values, qualities and collective behaviour attributes you ‘d like to see in your people. This has a Magical Pull Effect to your people.
The analogy can be perceived with a parent-children relationship. As a parent you cannot convey anything to children unless you already are.
