Μέσα από το πρόγραμμα βελτίωσα τον τρόπο που σκέφτομαι, αξιολογώ καταστάσεις και λαμβάνω αποφάσεις, καθώς και τον τρόπο που ενεργώ ως άτομο και ως επαγγελματίας. Απέκτησα μεγαλύτερη αυτογνωσία, καλύτερη επικοινωνία και πιο δομημένη προσέγγιση στις προκλήσεις της καθημερινότητας.

Το RISE δεν έμεινε στη θεωρία αλλά μου έδωσε πρακτικά εργαλεία που εφαρμόζω άμεσα στην πράξη. Το θεωρώ ένα πολύτιμο πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επιθυμεί ουσιαστική εξέλιξη.

I found the course insightful, to say the least. It helped me assess what kind of leader I am today and to view myself from different angles. It challenged me to see things differently and begin to let go of beliefs that were either outdated or less effective. The course softened the edges that needed softening, without limiting my effectiveness or creating any fear of losing control. Furthermore, I took home practical steps that I could implement immediately — and many of which I did. Every customer and student is now seen in a clearer light. I recommend this course without hesitation and will gladly repeat it next year.

Constantinos helped me identify and address key areas I needed to work on in order to better manage the pressure and stress I experience on a daily basis.
