Kounnis Academy Cancellation Policy

 

At Kounnis Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your seminar participation. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all parties while maintaining the quality and organization of our seminars.

 

Cancellation Time Frame

 

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the seminar’s start time.

 

If a cancellation is made within the specified time frame, a full refund or seminar credit will be provided.

 

Penalties for Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the seminar start time, or No-shows, will be charged the full seminar fee, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

 

If you prefer to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you in an upcoming session of the same seminar, subject to availability.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

 

By booking a seminar, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. A checkbox confirming your agreement to the policy will appear during the registration process.
