Develop your resilience for remote work
Resilience is developed by:
- Practising gratitute on a daily basis. Becoming a gratitude practitioner! The “fuel” for our daily motion and creative process is gratitude. This allows a person to positively embrace any situation and rise beyond adversity. It also cultivates healthy relationships which is especially important for remote work.
- Having a consistent daily schedule – this disciplines the mind and the body and prevents a person from engaging in unproductive behaviour.
- Acknowledging that there is something to learn from any difficult situtation and striving to become better amd better for the sake of making a difference in yourself, your family, your work environment and the society in general.
