A Year of Real-World Impact

2025 marked a year of momentum, substance, and real-world impact for Kounnis Academy. Learning moved beyond theory and translated into practical skills, behaviours, and decisions applied directly in the workplace. Throughout the year, we successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of multi-company and single-company training programmes, executive and career coaching services, as well as specialized webinars, all designed to address the evolving needs of modern organizations and professionals.

Developing Mindful Leaders

At the core of our leadership development initiatives was the RISE® – Accelerated Management Program, implemented across different organizational settings. RISE® supported managers and team leaders in strengthening self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and people management capabilities. More than a management programme, RISE® functioned as a structured journey of leadership development, cultivating mindful leaders who lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Strengthening Data-Driven Capability

In parallel, the Advanced Excel Tools for Management Reporting & Data Analysis programme empowered finance and business professionals to work confidently with data, create dynamic management reports, and adopt a data-driven mindset. The programme was delivered with strong emphasis on hands-on exercises, real datasets, and practical business scenarios, ensuring immediate application in participants’ roles.

Advancing HR and Recruitment Practices

Within the HR domain, the programme Conducting Successful Interviews focused on structured, objective, and competency-based interviewing practices. Participants engaged actively in practical simulations, assuming the roles of interviewer and candidate, strengthening both technical competence and professional judgement in recruitment processes.

Tax and Regulatory Expertise

Tax and regulatory education also formed a significant part of our 2025 portfolio. During the year, we delivered structured training programmes and focused educational sessions, including:

• A–Z: Personal Taxation
• Tax on Immovable Property
• ESG Regulatory Framework – Introduction
• Cyprus VAT Fundamentals, a comprehensive training programme designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of VAT principles and their practical application within the Cyprus regulatory framework.

These programmes addressed both foundational knowledge and current regulatory developments, supporting professionals in navigating increasingly complex compliance environments.

Building Stronger Teams

In addition, the TeamCraft® Program: Building Team Culture focused on strengthening communication, trust, emotional intelligence, and collaboration within teams. Through experiential activities and guided reflection, participants developed a deeper understanding of team dynamics and their role in creating healthy, high-performing workplace cultures.

Coaching for Sustainable Growth

Alongside training programmes, coaching sessions were delivered throughout the year, supporting individuals at a deeper personal and professional level. These sessions enabled clarity, self-reflection, and strategic thinking, reinforcing sustainable growth in real-world professional settings.
