Responding to this shift, we delivered the HRDA-funded webinar “Copilot for Business Professionals: A Practical Approach”, focused on practical AI use in real workplace scenarios. This was not a theoretical session. It was a highly practical, hands-on learning experience, focused on enabling professionals to use Microsoft Copilot effectively within the Microsoft 365 environment to enhance performance, reduce workload, and improve productivity. Throughout the sessions, participants explored the full potential of Copilot across key tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. More importantly, the emphasis was clear: practical application over theory. Participants engaged in real-life scenarios and exercises. In particular, they learning how to:

• Create effective prompts that generate meaningful outputs
• Automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks
• Analyze data and produce reports using natural language
• Enhance communication through AI-assisted writing and summarization
• Improve collaboration and meeting efficiency using intelligent tools

In addition, a key part of the program was focused on prompt engineering and AI ethics. This ensured that participants developed not only technical skills, but also a responsible and strategic approach to AI use. Beyond tools and techniques, the webinar highlighted a broader shift: AI is not just a productivity tool, it is a competitive advantage for professionals and organizations that know how to use it correctly. The level of engagement and interaction throughout the sessions confirmed one thing: professionals are ready to move from curiosity to practical implementation.
