AWARE®

What is the Aware® Program?

This is an accelerated self-management program for team leaders and new managers designed to cultivate key skills such as self-awareness, emotional awareness, communication, problem solving, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback.

Why this program is essential?

Modern day team members are promoted to managerial positions without receiving formal training on how to manage self, other team members and clients. As a result, they usually find themselves in a very difficult position which frequently creates tension and conflict within a team and client environment. This inefficiency in managerial capacity also has a direct effect in the profitability of a company. This specific program focuses on developing the most essential self-management skills enabling an individual to develop into an effective team leader.

Module 1: Building Self Awareness
The role of leadership in today’s workplace. How personal values shape leadership style. Developing emotional awareness and mindful leadership.
Module 2: Managing Self & Creating a Positive Mindset
Stress management and mental resilience. Effective time management and planning.
Module 3: Handling Problems
Advanced problem-solving techniques. Taking initiative and stepping out of the comfort zone.
Module 4: Understanding Others & Giving Feedback
Active listening and empathy. Building team rapport. Giving and receiving constructive feedback.
