Audit Your Workday in 15 Minutes
If you don’t know where your time goes, you can’t improve it.
This quick audit will help you identify time leaks and take immediate action.
Step 1: Track Your Last 24 Hours (3 minutes)
Write down what you did from morning until now:

- Low Value (L): Scrolling, unnecessary meetings, rework
Step 3: Identify Time Leaks (3 minutes)
Answer honestly:
- Where am I spending time with little or no impact?

- What should I stop doing altogether?
Step 4: Fix One Thing Immediately (3 minutes)
Choose only one action:
- Reduce or eliminate one unnecessary meeting
