Iasonas Mylonas is a Computer Science graduate (University of Warwick) with an MSc in Data Science (University of Bath). He is a Senior Consultant at the AI and Data Lab of Grant Thornton (Cyprus), specialising in practical AI solutions, including NLP and document intelligence. He builds end-to-end data pipelines, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards using Python, SQL Server, and Power BI.
