Our Academy has successfully concluded another cycle of the
RISE®: Accelerated Management Program, a high-impact leadership training program designed to empower mid-level managers, team leaders, and supervisors. Over the course of two months and four intensive modules, participants developed critical leadership and management skills, enhancing both individual and organizational performance.
Program Purpose and Philosophy
RISE® addresses a fundamental gap in the market: many professionals assume managerial roles without formal leadership training. This program fills that gap by offering a structured, practical approach to modern leadership, equipping participants with the tools and insights needed to effectively manage themselves, their teams, and client relationships.
Participants gained valuable skills in problem-solving, communication, supervision, effective delegation, emotional intelligence, and client management, skills they can apply immediately in their professional environments.
Structure of the Four Modules
The RISE® program was delivered in four well-defined modules:
- Developing Self-Awareness: Focus on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal performance management.
- Deepening Relationships: Initiative development, understanding others, and building strong team relationships.
- Managing the Team: Guiding teams, coaching for development, effective supervision, and managing change.
- Building Client Trust: Understanding client needs, strengthening trust, and enhancing negotiation skills.
Key Skills Developed
RISE® provided participants with critical skills that are directly applicable to their day-to-day roles:
- Emotional awareness
- Effective communication and active listening
- Problem-solving & decision-making
- Delegation & supervision
- Coaching & feedback
- Building and maintaining client trust
Practical exercises and hands-on activities ensured immediate application of these skills in real-world scenarios.
Program Facilitator
The program was led by Constantinos Kounnis, Managing Director of C. Kounnis & Partners Ltd, Certified HRDA Trainer, and EMCC Accredited Coach, with extensive experience in leadership roles, professional training, and organizational development.
His academic and professional background ensures the program’s high educational quality, providing participants with substantial value and practical insights.
Conclusion
