Overview:

This is an intense management program suitable for middle line managers designed to cultivate key skills necessary to manage self, other team members and clients. Skills developed include emotional awareness, communication, problem solving, effective delegation, supervision, ability to handle client concerns and capacity to reach an agreement.

Importance:

Modern day team members are promoted to managerial positions without receiving formal training on how to manage self, other team members and clients.
